David
Ferreiras, Property and Real estate company owner of DAF-Realty, was born in a large family in Santiago, Dominican
Republic (Dom Rep). After getting a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the Pontificia
Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, David split his time during the last
twenty years between his profession, hotel management and other activities in
the US, Europe and his native country. This diverse experience nurtured his skills
in business administration (for various companies), human services, languages, and even sports education:
for several years he coached the most successful swimming team in the Cibao region,
and his students were big winners in competitions throughout Central America and
the Caribbean. He speaks fluently English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Since 1991, David lives in Sosua where he and his family found a good
quality of life that he dreams of sharing with prospective clients, offering a
wide range of real state products and a safe investment in the North Shore of
the Dominican Republic (DR).
The
country enjoys a splendid tropical weather all-year-round. Today, its stunning
landscapes are home to an amalgam of cultures, especially in the North Shore:
people of German, French, Russian, Spanish, Canadian, American, Italian, Haitian,
Jewish, and Dominican origin are intertwined in a very unique society where foreigners
soon feel like home.
Dominican
Republic has six regions with plenty of mountains, pine forests, deserts, gorgeous
beaches, coral reefs and excellent weather conditions that allow for outdoor activities
such as windsurf, hiking, kite surfing, mountain biking, scuba diving, golf, and
baseball, among others.
